Experience with King Ranch Texas kitchen was great. The ez cater driver was not nice. I thought we were shorted on meat so i went down to the drivers car thinking she had more orders and it got mixed up. She was already put out by having to set the food out for me, which we asked up front for that and she asked me 3 times and I was helping her. Then when i went down to her car she was very rude and opened up an empty back to show me there was nothing in it then proceeded to open up her back door to show me there was nothing I wasn't accusing her of taking anything, just wanted to make sure it wasn't mixed in with another order and I went down so she didn't have to come back up if she truly did have it. Fortunately the restaurant told me they had the brisket and sausage in one pan. I do not want that driver in the building again. Thank you.

Food arrived on time and tasted great. We had sausage, brisket, and ribs along with coleslaw, potato salad, beans, and mac and cheese. The meats were flavorful and tender. The beans and mac and cheese definitely tasted homemade.
