1st time ordering for lunch meeting and was perfect. Light lunch for a hot day! Everything was on time and incredibly fresh

To start, the food arrived almost an hour after the scheduled time of arrival. There was only plain/no flavored cream cheese for the bagels and only 5 cream cheeses came with the delivery. The sugar selections are minimal. Today's experience wasn't acceptable.
