The driver informed us that when he arrived to pick up the order, the staff were unaware of it. It took them 50 minutes to prepare the order while he waited, and the delivery was 30 minutes late. Except for the Vegan/GF pizzas, nothing was labeled. While the food was good, the service and preparation were disappointing.

Glad they were able to catch that there was a Joyride closer to me. Everything was good, just wish I was able to edit my order. Had to place a separate order after to add chicken wings.
