This was my first time ordering from Joe's and I doubt I will order again. The pizza and salad are good as you would expect from NYC pizza, but the delivery experience was not ideal. I specifically stated in the order that the delivery person needed valid photo ID to be let in through security. The store sent someone without proper ID, so we had to find someone to down and retrieve the delivery with a cart. Very inconvenient for delivery.

The food was great! One small thing is the delivery driver called me before he was at the building, so I was waiting outside for a second.
