Right on time and the food and coffee was fantastic

they got the order wrong but the food was still great. and ezcater was quick to fix it for me. it was just a simple miss of grabbing the wrong item when packing in up to deliver.

We've had a few issues with them in the past on what site to order from. On this order we went to the store and they said they didn't have our order. We showed proof and they were able to give us our order but this has happened a few times and has been a frustrating experience. They don't care if they can't get you your order they just say sorry and you have to figure it out. They used to be very reliable and now I would recommend them less which is too bad as they do have good food.

Jaho is great! Such a favorite with our office. Their bagels are always fresh and they have really good flavors (the jalapeño bagel is a favorite here). Pick up was easy. Cream cheese is a bit pricey but overall a very good experience!
