Food was scheduled for 1245 pick up. Food didn’t arrive until 1326. Notifications from Jacks are not enabled and there was no communication that the order would be delayed. I texted EZ cater at 1250 but no update was given. I called the help line at 1300 and they informed that the order would arrive in 10-15min. EZ cater called to see if the order had arrived at 1320, but it hadn’t. When it finally arrived, the food was at least warm and the order was correct. Food was tasty but portions were smaller than expected.
