The bourbon chicken is always a crowd pleaser, and the white bean chili is a great vegetarian option! And the portions are massive! Finally, they are always so generous in setting up the buffet for us. We are definitely becoming regulars!

Students loved the jambalaya, voodoo chicken, and white bean chili. The portions are huge, so there was plenty to go around.

The food was great and alot of it since we ordered pan style vs individual. The Bourbon Street chicken was not a fan favorite of our group, and we cooked up and added smoked sausage to the jambalaya. The Red Beans & Rice went over fine.
