I’ve been a loyal customer for over 17 years, regularly ordering pizzas for our office events. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the quality isn’t what it used to be. One of your most popular items — the Mushroom Roasted Garlic Pizza — used to be a favorite, but I no longer see it on the menu. Also, our office is less than a mile away, yet we were charged $30 for delivery, which feels unreasonable. I truly value your pizza and would love to continue ordering from you, but I hope you’ll consider improving the quality and reviewing delivery charges.
