The food was happy with the staff, but the driver was a little confused about the delivery because it was at a hospital even through I gave clear directions about dropping off the food.

Set up deliver for 06:45…driver showed up at 0800…called contact number for hospital and left with food after nobody in Pharmacy Dept picked up the phone. Despite clear instructions on where food was to go at the hospital, driver from Bagel Bar did not ask for help from the 4 people stationed at the entrance of the hospital and left. EZ called me and worked with the vendor to have the food brought back, so no issues with them but terrible service from Bagel Bar will never use them again!
