The restaurant did not include utensils for the catering trays. We had to scramble to find utensils when I called the restaurant they hung up on me twice and then I received a call from an unknown number and owner blamed it all on the driver.

I am beyond unsatisfied with my recent catering experience from this vendor. Not only did the food boxes spill everywhere, but the presentation was absolutely horrible in the small tiny takeout boxes. They overpacked the bags to the point where, of course, all the food would rip at the bottom of the bag. The quality of service I received does not meet the standards expected from Ez Cater. If this resturant cannot properly package and present their food for delivery, they should not be offering catering services through this platform. Do not order from here for large group things!
