Highly disappointed in the portion sizes. Our order was almost $400, and we were only sent 12 small rounds of fritata, fruit, and 8 bagel halves preassembled with lox. It seems like we were shorted.

Service and delivery were great but I would not recommend the avocado toast unless you want bruschetta/crouton crunchy bread.

Fresh salmon and a good layout to make sandwiches. Everything was fresh and good for a team breakfast

The bomboloni are so good! We also ordered the pastries which were nice and fresh, and the parfaits which were great because they were packed individually and leftovers could be stored in the refrigerator.

Extremely disappointed with Illy cafe this time. The pastries were not anything compare to previous experiences. Either they have changed chefs, owners or management. We ordered two pastries basket. Literally got only 3 kinds of cut up pastries! Half of them were just cut up plain croissants, rest are half cut up scones and tiny donut holes with jam fillings. They used to cut up couple pieces of croissant to make the total number counts and I let it go because their other varieties made up for it. But this time, three kind of pastries only, and over half are cut up plain croissants?! On top of it, they tasted worse than local donut shops. Very disappointed. Sorry Illy, you’ve went way too far!

I ordered two pastry baskets and it was supposed to be a variety but all we got is an assortment of Halloween cookies and bread and Halloween is over!
