The food was quite good and very plentiful, but the delivery driver could not find us. Odd, since the street address provided was for the University Hospital-- hard to miss! My staff member ultimately had to walk, with a cart, over a 1/4 mile round trip to meet the driver at another street altogether. By the time the food actually arrived to the meeting, it was 25 minutes late.

Food was delicious but the delivery itself was a bit of a mess. Our typical delivery experience includes assistance with setup, particularly for large orders, but our driver left the food with staff outside the building and drove off. Items inside weren't labeled so we had to actively review the order to put makeshift tags together so people knew what they were plating. Overall a decent experience but would be unlikely to order from here in the future.

Delicious, great quantity for the price, everyone was very happy! Love having a variety of options for meat eaters and vegans alike!

We were left with so much extra food for an order of 140 - it was insane but very good! They need a little more experience with big orders though since they out the dishes right over the stereos and no pans filled with water - things could have burnt.

Once again Ichiban was on time and great to work with. The group is always happy with the food and today was no exception.
