Office loved it. Sushi platters were great, chicken fried rice was large portions but tasted just ok. Will def order again though

ICHIBANS is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in town so I thought I’d give it a try for catering. It was phenomenal and I really liked the catering platters that they served it in plus all the sauces on the side with labels on them so the staff would know what they are. I was worried about portion sizes when ordering for sushi, but we had plenty. There was also plenty of the fried rice and lo mein noodles. The cucumber salad would have been better if it wasn’t sitting in sauce and just kept the sauce on the side. The sushi was great. I wished they added more specialty rolls on the ezCater ordering site. Like the volcano roll or the asparagus tempura roll. Overall, this was really great and the staff loved it.
