Sorry, this will likely be my last order from this location. I used them all of the time because they were consistent and reliable, but today my lunch that was scheduled to be delivered at 1130 was delivered at 1240. Rounds of shifts went without food. When the food was delivered there were no plates, no serving items, no utensils, no napkins….EZCater blamed the restaurant for the food not being ready and the restaurant blamed the driver for late pick up. I don’t know the reason, but the form apology email from EZCater is ridiculous and not enough. They are supposed to confirm and reconfirm. Disappointing in every way. I hear good things about CaterNation!.

The salad is delicious. Everyone enjoys this food. I’ve ordered it for a couple different offices and it’s always a hit
