The order from Hunan Cafe is receiving two stars only because my staff enjoyed their food... when it finally arrived. After ordering the catering meal four days in advance, I called into ezcater customer service to inquire about where the order was once it was 15 minutes late to arrive. ezcater reached out to the restaurant who responded, "it's a large order, we're still preparing it." Well, it was a catering order, and it was ordered several days in advance... Cut to it arriving 45 minutes late. Thankfully, the order arrived in whole, although not entirely accurate. One of the items was ordered customized and it did not arrive as ordered. Kudos to ezcater customer service for rectifying the matter without any hesitation. Not only did they apply a discount to the order for the inconvenience, they also offered a promotional discount for future .

Food was okay. Enjoyed the lo mein. Wayyyyyy over ordered for the number of people we had and even though we ordered for a large group, each order was put in an individual box. So it was a lot of plastic & box waste to deal with.
