ez cater kept me up to date on my order (which was for the next day); it was very helpful and convenient for me. I placed the order and was notified, I made an addition, and I was notified. I received a notification by the next morning, confirming my order and reminded that I could reach out to them if I had questions. By the time I got to work the morning of the delivery, I had remembered something and called ez cater, they were more than helpful and worked out all of the details with Humble Donut. The Humble donuts were delivered fresh, and hot, absolutely delicious, thanks to ex caters prompt service. Delighted, thank you!

Staff loved the donuts, not so much the delivery person. Delivery driver call and asked for name of person who order was for. I apologized for her not having that info and her response was “yeah you have me standing here looking like an idiot”. Wasn’t sure how to respond to that so I said thank you and hung up. NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY DRIVER
