I was very disappointed in the service. I’ve used them several times and spent lots of catering dollars there. I drove an hour to a lunch to meet with doctors yesterday and spent $400 on there 25 person platter. The package was supposed to come with sauces for the strips and those weren’t delivered and the restaurant, when advised could not bring them to the meeting. I can’t leave a meeting where I have 5 or maybe 10 minutes to speak with doctors that are very hard to get time with. If you are going to have catering you should make sure that the orders are double checked when bagged and delivered. We also pay a fee for ez caterers and expected to tip before service is even executed which is ridiculous as well. Not happy about this and won’t order there again.
