I wanted to give grace to this place because there was a computer glitch. I was told they received the order from EZ Cater at 7 a.m for a breakfast scheduled for 7:30. I understand that computer mistakes happen and I wasn't upset about that. What happened afterwards is why I'm awarding one star. The catering manager called me let me know what happened and said that the food will be ready within 2 hours. I relayed the information to the doctor's office. She then called me later and told me that the food was ready and I relayed that information to the office. I had another appointment 3 hours away so I had to leave but I was sure that the office was going to get their food. The clinic manager later called me and said that the food had been waiting for 45 minutes to an hour and the catering manager told me to come pick it up. Not only was that not discussed with me to come pick it up but that's literally why I choose the service, EZ CATER, to have the food catered to my clients.

Never disappoints, and always delicious!!!! The food was hot, great value, and plenty of variety for the office. It was the best breakfast the office had all year.

Great food!!! The office absolutely loved it. It was delivered on time, hot, packaged neatly, and the staff was professional. It definitely had the providers’ attention.
