The presentation, delivery and concept of the "embellish your own" chicken sandwiches and burgers was great! However, we had mixed reviews on this fare from our team. The chicken sandwiches amazingly received several "thumbs up", but the classic cheeseburgers were described as "small, dry, with hard edges and overcooked" in comparison with other ezCater caterers who specialize in burgers. The kale Caesar salad was interesting with finely shredded greens. The cookies and brownies were fine with the majority of those who ate them commenting on the moist brownies. Not sure we'll order from them again, especially since our crew loves cheeseburger lunches and Hopdoddy seemed to have a "struck out" a bit in this department.

They were very accommodating when I had to order more food with short notice, so I'll give them that. They forgot the hopdoddy sauces for each bar, and I just feel like it was very overpriced and the burgers didn't seem very that fresh. It feels like they maybe nuked them that morning with some cheese on them and put them in the wrapper. What kind of burger doesn't have melted cheese stuck on the wrappers? Very weird and sus. They didn't provide plates. Napkins were a stack of paper towels. The forks and knives were all mixed together in a bag. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies were burnt. I will not be ordering from them again.
