The restaurant called 2 minutes before the delivery time to tell me about a problem with the order and ask if I wanted to wait or swap out the item, the food was ordered for an event that was only one hour long, it arrived 20 minutes late. I opted for to not order it for earlier than people arrival because I wanted the food to be hot. I was very disappointed on the delayed communication on my order not being ready and the lateness of its arrival.
