I’m not sure why caterers or deliver drivers can’t follow instructions. There is a reason I ask for the food to be delivered as close to 12 as possible. It’s because I need to see 3 people out of 20 to make an impact in my business. If the food gets there too early I don’t get to see them.

Awesome lunch I thought the steak was over cooked I asked for medium rare it was over definitely. The office still loved the rest of it.
