Hazy BBQ really delivered for our recent group meal, and the tri-tip and chicken were the stars of the show, with the latter staying impressively juicy even in a catering setup. The mac and cheese was a solid, crowd-pleasing side, but the Brussels sprouts were the unexpected MVP—we ended the meal with absolutely zero leftovers of those. My only piece of advice for next time is to order way more of the burnt ends than you think you need, as they were a massive hit and disappeared almost instantly. Overall, it was a great spread that left everyone satisfied.
