Harold’s Chicken is the worst. Our order was placed weeks in advance for a student Juneteenth event, and they canceled it 15 minutes before the event started. We had sides from another restaurant, but no chicken because of their last-minute cancellation. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary stress during an important event. If you can’t fulfill an order, don’t accept it in the first place. I would never trust Harold’s Chicken with another event.

The food was great however I did not receive the requested desserts order was not completed, and I do thank EZ caters for working with me to help resolve this matter.

Everyone really enjoyed this order. The food was hot and fresh, there was plenty of sauces. The variety was great for many different dietary preferences. Would order again!

This was the first time several of my coworkers had tried Harold's chicken, and it was a huge hit. They loved the chicken with the mild sauce and couldn't stop talking about the hush puppies. We can't wait to order again

Appreciate the driver calling ahead and following instructions submitted. Plenty of food and was hot. Mac and cheese pan was great
