The food was five stars but communication with the restaurant is impossible. They delivered the order without utensils and plates and the business cannot be reached by phone. When you call the business you cannot get ahold of a real person, only a robotic AI voice asking how it can help. Fortunately, I was able to call ezcater to sort it out and they said that the business had run out of plates and utensils. If it was normal customer service from a restaurant they could have reached out and said that they were out of plates and utensils. I had to reach out to the business about an order scheduled for the next day and it was again impossible. Had to reach out to ezcater to reach out to the business. The hassle was not worth it. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Office enjoyed individually wrapped meals. We got fried chicken, catfish, and impossible burger...will order again!
