They came just as imagined. Everyone was really excited to try these. I just wished they had labeled them for me rather them me printing out a list of what I had ordered.

There was issue with the order but the Manager did try to make it right. The staffer that was handling the order was rude. EzCater was amazing to step in to help with the situation. The drinks and food are amazing but service was subpar and could use a lot of training. EzCater driver was also amazing and stepped up in a stressful situation.

For the most part croissants were good, but did have some that looked extremely flat.

Japanese cakes! They were really cool and delicious but ROCK SOLID FROZEN. We even had a long period of time before our break when folks could grab one and it was really hard for them to eat it. Please consider half-defrosting your frozen cakes before you pack them for delivery. I will still order again.
