I had a problem with delivery last time, and the manager said it would never happen again. He held up his end. The new delivery guy got everything there on time w/o incident, and I appreciated the attention to service. The office enjoyed the treat for the most part, but we did have a big issue (which is NOT the manager's fault). Haagen Daz Corporate has discontinued 'quart servings' on EZcater and now only sell individual portions. I told the manager last time that I envisioned this menu change would affect delivery/presentation, and I was right. The quart servings freeze MUCH better than the individual ice creams, and as a result of this change, the Dazzlers arrived melted. I took pictures to show the manager. For the amount of money I'm spending (and on ice cream, mind you!!!) I will NOT accept a melted presentation for my customers. If corporate will not fix this problem, I will have to go elsewhere.

CONS: Problem 1: The driver arrived at least 20 mins late. 2. Instead of calling me for help, he enlisted patients to bring the order up (unnecessary too, bc there is an elevator), 3. Items were spilled in the bag--so 3 of the staff didn't get ice cream. 4. Not happy with the menu changes. The quart size kept the ice cream very cold, but in their wisdom, the company removed this option. I know this is going to cause issues in the future--in hot summer months, individual ice cream sizes will never hold up in a catering delivery. PROS: The manager is very receptive. I told him I was unhappy with all of the above. He listened and tried to resolve issues and said he will follow-up w/corporate. Today was not great, but my first time using them went well, so based on my interaction with him I will ty them again.
