This was an amazing treat that everyone in the office enjoyed. They were so surprised and enjoyed every sundae! The suggestions from the ice cream store was amazing! She went over and above to make certain everything was perfect. I would order from them again and plan to.

This review pertains to Haagen-Dazs #1128 (Haagen-Dazs - Outlets at Orange). If your location is not equipped to handle a large order, please do not CONFIRM/RECONFIRM an order. Its unprofessional to call 15 minutes before the order is scheduled to arrive to notify us that your running behind (scheduled delivery time: 11:30AM vs. actual delivery time: 12:47PM) and that the product that we ordered (ice cream sandwiches) was not available and their sending a substitute (scoop of ice cream). Ice cream was not delivered in an insulated bag therefor a majority of it melted. The worst part is that we were not able to deliver an engagement to our associates. Do better!

Absolutely delicious! A very nice afternoon summer treat for the staff. So much better than ordering grocery store ice cream! The driver set everything up and was professional and friendly.
