I never leave reviews but this experience with this caterer was unacceptable. We've had this caterer once before for the department and it was great. The second time was not. The food quality the second time was awful. They were late preparing the food which caused the order to arrive late. We were missing over half the items we ordered. All the food was cold. The truffle fries were extremely hard and stale. The sweet potato fries were wet and soggy. The burger buns tasted stale and dry. Most of the chicken sandwiches were missing the correct toppings/sauce. We ordered 6 trays of sandwiches and only received 3 but were charged for the full amount. One tray of sandwiches had the chicken sandwiches and beef burgers mixed which is completely unacceptable for those with dietary restrictions. Very disappointed.
