Pasta was good and delivered hot, and delivery was on time. What was lacking was, salad dressing for the salad, serving utensils, plates, and eating utensils. All of which was to have been delivered. This is the reading for the 3 star review.

Delivery driver refused to bring the food into the building and told ezcater that they couldn't get in. He handed me the foil pans of food stacked up outside and left me to figure out how to get the food back into the building and up the stairs to our office. The baked stuffed shells came looking more like lasagna, and there was ground meat in the dish even though it was listed as vegetarian.
