Gulab Indian Bistro is an okay option for catering, but it fell a bit short compared to other local spots. The portions are decent and the delivery was on time, but the overall execution was lacking. The main issue was that the dishes were far too oily, which made the meal feel heavy and masked some of the authentic spices. While the flavors were decent, the excess grease in the curries was a consistent disappointment for the group. Wish the butter chicken was on the catering menu!

Food was hot and right on time. Pretty good Indian food. Not the best I have ever had, but good nonetheless.

The Indian food was a hit with everyone—flavorful, well-balanced, and delivered hot. Portions were generous, and everything was clearly labeled, which made serving the team simple. Great option for something different but still casual and filling.
