Unfortunately we were missing an item from our large order, and our last large order was also missing an item. The cater did not answer or return ezCater's call to redeliver the missing item, so we had to go without. ezCater refunded us for the missing item, but initially didn't include a refund for the tax of including the item, which was over $100 so tax wasn't small, and gave me a hard time about refunding the tax. I don't plan on ordering from here again, and am seriously questioning using ezCater after this incident. Seems like it would be much easier to just work directly with the cater/restaurant, since they are having a hard time being the middle person.

We love Guerilla Catering! I order here as often as I can for group events. Delicious food and very generous portions
