So the food is great. but this is the second time we received food late. I had a 11:45am delivery for our meeting that started at 12pm. The food arrived a little after 12:15pm. I was told there was "traffic" and that's no excuse. You plan for traffic and seeing this happened just last month, I might take a break from ordering from them for a while.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received a call from Catherine B at Guasaca a day after placing my order w ezCater telling me the order I placed had 11 toppings and I could only select 6. I sent her the screenshot that says choose “11” toppings. She did not honor the confirmed order and made the topping selections on my behalf after I told her to contact ezCater for communication. EzCater said she never called. This was very unprofessional and lacked any level of good customer service I would expect from a catering company that has always had my business for lunches in Raleigh near their Lake Boone Trail location.

So good! The office loved the make your own bowls station. Great portion sizes. We enjoyed both the steak and chicken!

Food was early but set up in perfect timing. Our delivery guy was so attentive and precise. Food was great. We will definitely be using Guasaca again in the future.
