Ordered catering package for 30 people one week prior to date. Order accepted and confirmed right away. Total cost 643.00. 24 breakfast sandwiches sent unlabeled, approx 25 pastries sent, 1 gallon of orange juice. Sent 2 single CUPS of coffee (no catering size coffee) and no napkins/cups/utensils. Underwhelming and embarrassing for me. EZ cater unable to reach anyone at the site. I drove to the site to speak with a manager who was unable to help. I was given a random email without a name. Email sent but have not heard back yet. Customer service unsatisfactory. Overall terrible start to the day and tarnished my reputation for my business interaction.
