The quantity was way off. We ordered for 50 people and go 6 pans of lettuce but 1/2 pan of chicken. Also, be sure to order extra extra extra dressings. We were only given 2 soup cups full of dressing and ran out in under 5 minutes. Really love this place, but super disappointed with the salad bar catering today.
