Both people that I spoke with on the phone were polite and very helpful. I needed the order to be ready outside of the pick up time window and was able to do that-it was ready on time. I have ordered from another location before and the food was fresh and plentiful. This time the food was fresh but not plentiful. I ordered for 26 people, 15 people ate with moderate portion sizes, we still ran out of rice and chicken! Absolutely not acceptable. I have reached out to their corporate contact and no response.
