Gracious always has the best catering packages. They include so many desserts. Its the best!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of Gracious, they are one of my top 10 caterers but today I was a little disappointed in the experience. Food arrived 30 minutes too early, which considering I always order my food to arrive early in case there is traffic or other unexpected delays, this caused it to be WAY too early. I didn't have the fridge space for everything so this caused a problem. Also, the mixed green salads that came with the lunch packs was little sad looking. This was definetly a one off situation but I wanted to provide context to my 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars.

I'd prefer when ordering yogurt that it would be individually portioned. The granola could've been portioned a lot better.

We’ve recommended and ordered from Gracious Bakery for several years and have always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, today, on the day of our largest conference of the year, our delivery arrived an hour late with no communication and no acknowledgment of the delay. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but a simple update or apology would have gone a long way.
