I requested all of the items be labeled properly, instead, it had my name on each plate. I was requesting to write what was in the plate to prevent others from lifting every plate.

The food was great as always. However, I didn't receive a call that my order was at the building. It just appeared on a cart. I received a text it was on the way, but nothing else after that. I only knew it was delivered because I was walking around the office and saw a full cart of items with my name on it. Also, when customers order assorted pastry boxes, is it possible to LABEL what the pastries are or provide a list so we know what's in the box? Lastly, I was missing an item and had to get a refund since the bakery wasn't open yet.

This order arrived 1 hour and 15 mins late. I had to contact the ezcater team - no communications to me for 25 mins. The EZcater team was very helpful in getting on with this caterer and eventually getting me my food and refund but won't order from here again
