We scheduled our delivery for 3pm for a 3:30pm meeting. The driver arrived at 2:15pm. When I asked why they were so early, the driver said she was told to do so. This caused our food to be cold for the team meeting we had planned. The driver was very nice and professional, my rating has nothing to do with her at all.
