Hollys is such a fantastic option for catering. I really appreciate that since they are open for breakfast I can utilize them when driving long distances from Knoxville and need to deliver the food. The salad is always beautiful and everyone raved about the steak (first time I ordered the steak!)

Food was fantastic as always. FYI - if you order the Apple Smoked Chicken it comes wrapped in bacon. No mention of this on their EZ Cater menu as of today. I have several non-pork eaters. Food was great though.
