This was the worst delivery service I have had when ordering through EzCater. After realizing the food had not arrived 30 minutes later, I had to stop a presentation and try to contact the restaurant and ezcater. EzCater could not reach the restaurant, and after 45-1 hour, one of the attendees got through to goodcents. Their response was that they had gotten the order and were really busy. They said they could bring it in 15 minutes, but did not arrive for 30. My attendees see patients and completely missed lunch because of this, and had to try to grab a bite between patients this afternoon. It was a complete disappointment and I would not recommend this deli.

Somehow this caterer confirmed and reconfirmed my order and when I showed up they had no order for me. The lady there had to work quickly to put it together, which I felt bad for, but I was late to my lunch
