Order came nearly an hour late. No ice was delivered despite it being a catering order for jugs of tea and containers of boba for which we specified ice was needed. Was informed that cups are not included, but they would include them "this time," absolutely ridiculous for an iced tea catering order. The actual tea was good and I would order it again but the execution of the order was poor.
