We love Golden Glaze Donuts but have consistently had delivery issues. Several weeks the food was arriving 20 minutes late, so I pushed our delivery time to be earlier and that fixed the issue for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately today, I got a call at 7:25am that there was no ezCater driver at the store and they asked if they could bring the food at that time. The delivery time was set for 7:15am, so already 10 minutes late, I said yes and asked the donuts be delivered ASAP. Was then told they would arrive at 7:50am but they did not arrive until 8am. Super unfortunate we have continued to have delivery and timing issues with this caterer because the donuts are great.

I put in comments for driver to come to West lobby but he came to North lobby. It took me awhile to get to him and he was early so I wasn’t as prepared. Early was fine because food isn’t hot/cold but I just wasn’t as ready to get it and he needed to go.
