One of my go to spots to order from for a large group; was well loved and the food was very fresh. The delivery was very late though, but it was not the fault of the restaurant

First of all the restaurant wouldn't give my food to the driver without hearing my voice on the phone to verify its me which held up the delivery! Then while I had the person on the phone I asked that plenty of serving spoons be included and was told I was only allowed 2...for 4 items!! They also messed up my order...I ordered shrimp kung pao and orange chicken and got 2 chicken dishes after it was requested by my customer that I bring a shrimp dish. It was like they threw it together last minute and it only made me look bad that it wasnt the right order and was late on top of it! Ill never order from them again....and making my delivery driver prove he was there to pick up my food is just weird!!
