Ordered a bagel bundle that was to include 3 tubs of cream cheese. They disregarded completing the order by forgetting to include the cream cheese. I had to contact EZ Cater to contact them; they brought the cream cheese over an hour later. Won't be ordering from them again.

First time trying Golden Bagel and while the food was generally good, the bagels were too soft...possibly even undercooked. The coffee traveler felt like it was only half full and our team finished it quickly.

Nice variety of bagels in the Deluxe Tray package. While you cant select the bagels or cream cheese flavors in the ezcater order form, they were kind enough to honor my "special instructions" requesting specific flavors. I like the cream cheese flavors better than Einstein's equivalents, I think Golden bagel makes theirs in house and they are very nice quality and variety. Sun-dried tomato was a favorite of the group
