Unfortunately the order was over two hours late and wasn’t on the way until ezCater support called. Order was confirmed and reconfirmed so not sure what happened. This happened for two separate Goldbergs locations.

This order was over two hours late. EzCater support had to call over and over to get someone on the line and said there was a mix up - I do understand accidents happen.
