food was good but some orders the rice was cold

The food arrived hot and well packaged. Our team loved the different options. Taking off a star because our order was late to arrive due to it not being ready when the delivery person arrived to pick it up, despite ordering days in advanced.

Great bowls as always. Glaze is an office favorite here. Delivery driver was very kind and patient. Thank you!

Everyone loved the food, will definitely order from here again. The delivery driver had trouble with unannounced road closures from the UN meeting (extremely hectic time in Midtown East), but he was very communicative and went above and beyond to deliver the food as soon as possible.
