I got a call on Wednesday saying that the dleivery driver was in the lobby with my pizza. The problem was that the order was for Thursday. This nearly gave me a heart attack- all of those pizzas would have cost the company extra! I spoke to the manager and I was put off by their tone, and i was being very gracious about the whole thing. Other than that, the pizza was good, and I got good feedback. Also, the delivery driver was very sweet and helpful. He was the only one that helped me when I was freaking out on Wednesday, and he carried all of the heavy pizzas upstairs and set them down.

They were an hour late, which they did apologize for, but the event we ordered for had already started by that point.
