They missed the delivery window by 40 minutes which is very rare especially since I use ezcater quite often. The food was good but I wished it was on time

Everything was very tasty! We ordered the chicken and beef kabob. The portions are generous.

The food is really good, but their customer service and delivery service is awful. My order for 30 people which was supposed to be delivered between 11:45-12:00 was only delivered at 12:20pm. They blamed it on traffic, which is ridiculous. If they know they have to cross the bridge, they should take that into consideration when preparing the food. It's unacceptable for customers like myself to have 30 people waiting for their lunch to arrive and then have to eat in 10 minutes, as their lunch break ends at 12:30pm. Also, the restaurant just gave me the run around when trying to figure out the exact ETA of of my order.

Each time I’ve ordered from here, the food it always thoroughly enjoyed. Great options to choose from and portions were appropriate. Suggest they include plates and utensils in the future.
