This restaurant confirmed my order and then sent me a text saying my order was on the way. Scheduled food drop off was 11:45am, at 12:07 the restaurant calls and says their printer isn’t working and that they just got the order. My office was mad and hungry and I had to go get other food for everyone myself. I’ve used ez cater for 4 years and this is the first time this has ever happened….

Amazing customer service and great food. The delivery driver dropped the food on the way inside, but catering service quickly sent a new order free of charge. Very responsive service and super attentive
