Good food and the order came on time. I would have preferred sheet aluminum lids for the serving trays when they were delivered, rather than the shirk wrap and aluminum foil that they were covered in.

Buffet was a hit; food was very good. Because it was a scheduled event with lunch it was important to have the food delivered on time. With a scheduled lunch time it was important that the food delivery was on time. Other than that, the food was good.
