The quality of the pasta was excellent—we really loved it. The only downside was the portion size. We followed the serving recommendations, but the portions were much smaller than expected. To feed 50 people, I ended up ordering three pasta dishes that were supposed to serve 20 people each, chicken for 30 people, eggplant for 20 people, and an additional vodka pasta for 10 people. In total, I had to order enough pasta to serve about 70 people just to make sure everyone had enough to eat. Our team has a variety of appetites, but they're not particularly heavy eaters. A few people eat a little more than average, but most have a normal-sized portion. The food was delicious, and we'll definitely order again. I just wanted to mention this so others can plan accordingly and avoid any surprises with large catering orders.

It always feels risky to order from an unfamiliar place when traveling to visit my clients, but FUMO came through in the best way: high quality, delicious food that the entire office loved! Will be sure to order from them again. (Baked Ziti/Pasta Alla Vodka, Chicken/Eggplant Parm, Cannolis, Fruit and Salads, including gluten-free options)
