Was told they couldn't do an 11:30 delivery, so I agreed to 11:45 and planned around that time. It arrived a half hour before planned time, which actually ended up being good because the teriyaki chicken was cold and had to be warmed up before I could serve it to clients. They are literally just a few minutes down the street from us, and we pay $30 for delivery. I would expect food to be delivered on time and that hot food should be hot and cold food should still be cold.
